Business Development Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Associate. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting thorough market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering persuasive presentations. Additionally, the role involves contributing to sales strategies to meet and exceed objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Presentation Delivery and Creating Engaging Presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proactive and goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or travel industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
