The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Key day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering impactful presentations, building client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to devise strategies for client growth. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, Gujarat.

• Strong Presentation Skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective, engaging presentations
• Experience and proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business pipelines
• Skilled in conducting thorough Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms will be considered an advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
