Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Lucknow, is for a Business Development Associate. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and building effective communication channels with clients. The role requires proactive collaboration with the team to identify business opportunities, foster client relationships, and support the growth of Startin Bharat.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver impactful presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and professional attitude in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in business development or a consulting role is a plus
