Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, creating and delivering impactful presentations, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The Business Development Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and contribute to the company's expansion strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and expertise in creating and delivering Presentations
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in building client relationships and identifying business opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the real estate or sales industry is a plus
