Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify hyper relevant accounts that are most likely to buy Searce products/services & become high-value customers
  2. Profile the target audience (decision makers, champions & Influencers) - research, segment & focus on Searce's ideal buyer
  3. Gain a deep understanding of Searce's products, services, and the industry we serve in order to effectively communicate our value proposition & build relationships
  4. Create & execute effective outbound prospecting cadences to engage with leads through multiple touchpoints, including phone calls, emails, and social media
  5. Discover the prospects needs, pain points, or challenges they are trying to solve for while understanding the authority, current process, tech stack, etc.
  6. Collaborate with account owners to ensure a smooth handoff of Qualified Meetings.
  7. Meet & exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly BDR targets and KPIs
  8. Work closely with marketing, sales & practices to align sales efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
  9. Constantly & creatively tweak your approach to generate qualified opportunities, pipeline & influence revenue from new logos

Qualifications

Is Education overrated Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree or Master's in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline along with

  1. 2-5 years of experience of prospecting outbound Leads
  2. Ability to Handle objections and build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the Decision makers.
  3. Experience working with tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn & Sales Engagement Platform.
  4. Open to work in APAC/US shift
  5. Experience in selling cloud is an added advantage.
