Position Title: Business Development Associate - Salesforce Ecosystem

About the Role
We are looking for a polished, articulate, high-ownership Sales Associate to support account-based outreach, daily sales operations, and the mid-market GTM motion for our Salesforce practice. The role involves close collaboration with the Senior Business Manager and offers strong learning and growth opportunities in SaaS/CRM sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute account-based outreach across the assigned accounts through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Support pipeline development across India and neighboring APAC markets.
- Assist with daily sales tasks including follow-ups, research, list building, and CRM hygiene.
- Prepare outreach content, coordinate internal tasks, and participate in early-stage prospect conversations.
- Over time, take ownership of smaller and mid-market deals under supervisionqualification, proposals, and closures.
- Ensure consistent alignment with the Senior Business Manager on weekly/monthly priorities.
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written communication - polished, confident, and client-ready.
- Strong work ethic, quick learner, and ability to handle structured and unstructured tasks.
- Basic understanding of SaaS sales, CRM, or B2B sales processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, research, and documentation.
Good to Have Skills:
- Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with inside sales, SDR/BDR work, or SaaS products.
