Role Description
This full-time role as a Business Development Associate is an on-site position based in Delhi, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building and maintaining client relationships. They will also engage in delivering impactful presentations, strategizing new business opportunities, and supporting the company's client growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead conversion and Market Research skills to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Excellent Presentation and Presentations skills for communicating effectively with potential clients
- Exceptional Communication skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills are highly desirable
