Business Development Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and fostering client relationships. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Strong Presentation and Communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is advantageous
• Previous experience in the B2B industry or elevator manufacturing/installation sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
