Job Description:PlaNexTrip is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to help grow our travel business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with customers for self-drive car rentals, tour packages, and cab services.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and references
- Explain PlaNexTrip services (Self-drive cars, bikes, tour packages, cab services)
- Follow up with potential customers and close bookings
- Maintain customer data and update leads regularly
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking flow
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling
- Confidence, honesty, and dedication

Preferred Candidate:- Experience in travel, sales, or customer support (optional)
Qualifications:- Preferred: BBA, MBA (Marketing / Sales)
