Job Description:

PlaNexTrip is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to help grow our travel business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with customers for self-drive car rentals, tour packages, and cab services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and references
  • Explain PlaNexTrip services (Self-drive cars, bikes, tour packages, cab services)
  • Follow up with potential customers and close bookings
  • Maintain customer data and update leads regularly
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking flow
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling
  • Confidence, honesty, and dedication
  • Freshers can apply
Preferred Candidate:
  • Experience in travel, sales, or customer support (optional)
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: BBA, MBA (Marketing / Sales)
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM if any)
  • Passion for sales, travel & customer interaction
