Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associate (BDA) who is comfortable with making calls, following up with leads, and building relationships with potential clients and partners. The role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and are willing to take ownership of lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and business leads
- Follow up regularly with interested leads to drive conversions
- Explain company offerings clearly and professionally over calls
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with seniors for meetings, closures, and next steps
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English; local language is a plus)
- Comfortable with making calls and doing regular follow-ups
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in a business development role
