This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate, based in Kozhikode, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering effective presentations, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the business development team to identify growth opportunities and assist in achieving strategic objectives.

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to build relationships and maintain client networks
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or service-oriented industries is a plus
