NLET Solutions Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate for a full-time on-site role at our Jaipur location. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and delivering professional presentations. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to identify growth opportunities, and contributing to the development of strategic plans to meet business objectives.

• Strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating impactful presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build client relationships and negotiate effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business automation software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or a similar role is a plus
