Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Associate (IT Services) who can convert qualified leads into paying clients.

This is a closing-focused role, not a field or cold-calling position. You will work closely with our BD team, who generate and qualify leads, while you focus on pitching, follow-ups, and deal closures.

Responsibilities

  • Close deals from warm and qualified leads provided by the team
  • Pitch NGOFeed's website, SEO, and digital growth packages
  • Conduct sales calls, Zoom demos, and WhatsApp follow-ups
  • Understand NGO requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and final negotiations
  • Maintain basic sales tracking and closure updates
  • Work towards monthly revenue and closure targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 month to 1 year experience in IT services / digital marketing / SaaS sales
  • Proven experience in inside sales or telesales
  • Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives
  • Experience selling websites, digital marketing, or tech services is preferred
  • Familiarity with NGOs, startups, or service-based businesses is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: 10,000 per month
  • Incentives: 5%10% per closed deal (no cap on earnings)
