Position Summary We are looking for dynamic and confident Interview CGE / BDA professionals who can engage with prospective students and their parents to assess interest, clarify queries, and drive enrollment decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting one-on-one interviews (virtual or in-person), understanding student requirements, addressing objections, and guiding them toward enrollment. Candidates should be able to connect effectively in the students/parents native language, evaluate engagement from prior webinars or demos, and provide accurate insights to the sales or admissions team.

What Will You Be Doing
- Conduct interviews with students to gauge their understanding of previous webinars.
- Identify interested and qualified leads for program enrollment.
- Provide personalized guidance and career counseling to potential learners.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and engaging interaction with each student.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 01 years of experience in EdTech(preferred) / B2C Inside Sales / Counselling-led sales (Freshers with strong communication & sales interest can apply).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal abilities, and confidence in interacting with learners.
- Language proficiency: Must have fluency in Kannada along with excellent English communication.
- A structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving targets.
- Highly motivated, hardworking individuals with a learner-first mindset.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping learners achieve their career goals.
