We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate who is passionate about guiding students and building strong relationships with parents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be organized and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. You will engage with prospective clients, articulate the unique value of our curriculum and teachers, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently achieve targets to support the company's growth and mission.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll

  • Immerse yourself in the company's vision and mission, passionately striving to achieve our ambitious goals and objectives
  • Foster meaningful connections with new clients while nurturing and enhancing our existing relationships
  • Diligently gather and maintain vital client information in the CRM database to ensure seamless communication and rapport
  • Collaborate energetically with team members across various departments to craft and implement innovative growth strategies
  • Proactively pursue leads through diverse channels, such as phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring no opportunity is left unexplored
  • Articulate the curriculum and highlight the unique selling points of our product, including the inspiring profiles of our champion teachers
  • Consistently reach and surpass realistically set weekly targets in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
  • Be ready to engage with parents through live video calls, showcasing our commitment to excellent communication and support

To WIN , you'll need

  • Any bachelor's or master's degree. Undergraduates may also be considered
  • Prior experience in Edtech sales or any other sales will be preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Good presentation skills
  • Result-driven go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Highly ambitious individuals who rise to challenging targets
