Job Title: Business Development Intern

Location: Hybrid (Work from Office + Remote Flexibility)

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the sales and partnerships team to expand MantraCare's reach among corporate clients. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and sales strategy in the fast-growing wellness and EAP industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential corporate clients, HR leaders, and wellness partners.

Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).

Support in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.

Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and client interactions.

Conduct market research on trends in corporate wellness and EAP sectors.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for client onboarding.

Support sales presentations, follow-ups, and relationship management with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Currently pursuing (Final Year) or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Interest in HR Tech, Wellness, or Mental Health sectors.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
