Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Manage leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-ups
  • Track sales metrics and share regular performance reports
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Good to have HubSpot CRM and digital marketing experience domain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services (if applicable)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
