About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate who can confidently represent our product, build strong intent pipelines, and convert prospects into customers.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where you will be responsible for driving revenue and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads and qualify them effectively
  • Clearly communicate Wrenchwise's product value and outcomes
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-intent prospects
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead nurture close
  • Handle objections confidently and drive conversions
  • Consistently follow up to improve conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads and pipeline in CRM tools
  • Share feedback on customer behaviour, objections, and positioning

What We're Looking For
  • 12 years of experience in edtech sales / business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to confidently pitch and handle objections
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership
  • Ability to build urgency and trust with prospects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
