Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls & emails to potential clients daily
Introduce anovIP's services clearly and confidently
Identify client needs and set up qualified appointments for the sales team
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and messages
Maintain and update databases & sheets
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Conduct basic market research to understand client types and industry trends
Track and report daily/weekly calling performance and appointment metrics
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Option to manage or work with a small outreach team (if required)
