Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on overseas education courses, universities, admission & visa requirements.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries; follow up and convert leads into counselling sessions and applications.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and coordination with international universities.
- Maintain and update student data, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM.
