Key Responsibilities
- Supply onboarding:
- Manage and streamline the process of onboarding new supply
- Ensure all required documents and information are collected and processed accurately.
- Coordinate with supply for seamless integration into the system.
- Problem-solving with data:
- Identify and resolve basic problems using data analysis.
- Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyze operational issues.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency and resolve challenges.
- Communication skills:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with supply, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on operations and problem resolutions.
- Convey complex data insights in a simple, understandable manner.
- Should know Kannada, English, and Hindi
- Build strong supply relationships:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with supply through regular communication support.
- Address concerns from supply and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure long-term, trust-based partnerships with suppliers to maintain a stable supply
- City operations:
- Oversee end-to-end operations in the assigned city and ensuring smooth operations
- Manage day-to-day activities within the region, ensuring all operations are running efficiently.
