Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, resorts, villas, and international hospitality brands
- Develop and manage commercial agreements, including rates, value-added benefits, and promotional terms
- Create and launch bespoke luxury travel experiences and international holiday packages aligned with brand positioning
- Drive revenue growth and direct bookings through targeted campaigns and partnership initiatives
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and media partners to deliver high-quality storytelling and brand exposure
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new hotel openings, seasonal campaigns, and destination launches
- Analyse market trends and traveller behaviour to identify new growth opportunities and source markets
- Work closely with hotel sales, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure alignment and performance optimisation
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from concept and negotiation to delivery and reporting
- Track performance metrics, prepare insights, and deliver transparent reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI
- Represent partner brands at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Maintain long-term partner relationships through proactive account management and ongoing optimisation
