• Understand candidates career goals, recommend suitable training programs and explain course features, fees, benefits, and career opportunities
• Contact prospective leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email and follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrolments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions
