Academic Counsellors for ROW (Rest of World) markets play a pivotal role in engaging international parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video, understanding their child's needs, showcasing program USPs (like champion teachers), and driving enrollments through consultative sales to meet weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with ROW-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
- Understand the child's current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
- Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Work Schedule And Requirements
- Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).
- Shift Window: ROW Shift – 12PM IST - 12AM IST.
- Mode: Remote/WFO (laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition).
- Stable internet connection required for seamless video calls and CRM access.
- Geography Allocation: Will be assigned based on training completion.
