Role: Business Development Associate (Sales)

The role involves interacting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards suitable certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads and counsel learners
• Understand requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Convert enquiries into enrolments via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM updates
• Achieve assigned individual sales targets

Eligibility & Skills:

• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in inside sales / education counselling / tele-sales / BDA
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• EdTech experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC:4 LPA 5 LPA (Annually)

Uncapped performance-based incentives

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Office) | Saturday Work From Home
