Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business leads, conducting market research to understand client needs, and supporting the development of effective outreach strategies. On a day-to-day basis, the associate prepares and delivers presentations to prospective clients, maintains detailed records of interactions, and follows up on leads to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings, assisting in proposal creation, and contributing to the achievement of revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

Strong presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver clear, compelling presentations.
Experience in lead generation and prospecting, with a focus on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze trends to support business development strategies.
Effective communication skills, including confident client-facing interaction and professional written communication.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency with CRM tools, lead management software, and standard office applications.
Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services business development is an advantage.
