Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Kolkata. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, presenting insights and proposals efficiently, and working collaboratively to achieve business growth. The role involves extensive communication with stakeholders and partners to promote our services and build strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities
- Proficient in Presentation Skills and delivering impactful Presentations
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, partners, and team members
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Kolkata
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying growth opportunities
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in business development or client relations is a plus
