Position Summary

We are hiring a performance-driven Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments for our training programs. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their professional goals, and providing effective guidance to help them choose the right learning path. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy consultative selling and working in a target-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential learners through calls, messaging platforms, and online channels.
  • Identify learner requirements and recommend suitable courses based on career objectives.
  • Explain program structure, value proposition, and career benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Convert qualified leads into enrollments while meeting assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and close admissions.
  • Build credibility and trust with learners through transparent counseling.
  • Record and update lead information, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
  • Monitor daily performance indicators and share reports with the reporting manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
  • Mandatory fluency in at least one language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Marathi.
  • Comfortable working with targets, call volumes, and structured sales processes.
  • Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced setup.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting is an added advantage.
