The Role
We're hiring Business Development Associates who can combine empathy with drive helping individuals understand the value of therapy and confidently guiding them to start their journey with us.
This is a high-performance sales role. You'll be speaking to leads who've already expressed interest in therapy, identifying their needs, and converting them into paying clients. You'll be measured purely on outcomes not hours and rewarded for results.
What You'll Do
- Speak with potential clients who've taken assessments or shown interest in our programs
- Build genuine trust while helping them make an informed decision
- Convert warm leads into enrolled clients through confident, empathetic sales conversations
- Manage follow-ups, pipelines, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with operations and therapist teams to ensure seamless onboarding
- Share data-backed insights and feedback to improve sales processes and performance
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong persuasive ability and emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of performance
- Prior experience in business development, inside sales, or client servicing is preferred
- Passion for wellness, growth, or human behavior is a plus
