Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru South. The Associate will work on lead generation, conduct market research, and identify new opportunities in the GCC, ANZ, and UK regions. Responsibilities include creating compelling presentations, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding BrightCHAMPS footprint across these key markets.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create impactful Presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in business development or international market operations is a plus
• Understanding of diverse cultural markets in GCC, ANZ, and UK regions
