As a Business Development Manager (Fresher), you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach to deal closure. Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities across target industries and geographies (India & MENA).
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos with prospective clients, understanding their technology needs.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools; track all activities and follow-ups diligently.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, scope documents, and pricing estimates.
- Support the preparation of pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral tailored to client requirements.
- Represent Zartek at networking events, industry meetups, and online forums to build brand visibility.
- Follow up with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Zartek's service offerings, including AI chatbots, mobile/web development, and custom software solutions.
- Report on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and weekly activity targets to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi and/or Malayalam is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach.
- Basic understanding of the IT services and software development industry.
- Proficiency in using email, LinkedIn, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
