Zartek is looking for Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our sales engine.

This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious individuals who want to master the art of B2B sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying business opportunities and setting the stage for our technical teams to deliver world-class software solutions.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Lead Identification: Use LinkedIn, web directories, and social media to find businesses that need mobile apps, websites, or digital transformation.
  • Cold Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through warm and cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations between prospective clients and our senior technical consultants.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to identify which sectors (e.g., Fintech, E-commerce, Healthcare) are currently seeking tech solutions.
  • CRM Management: Diligently log all daily activities and lead statuses in our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Learning & Growth: Participate in intensive training sessions to understand Zartek's service offerings and sales psychology.

Who You Are (Requirements)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Computer Science is a plus).
  • Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to speak confidently and write professional, persuasive emails.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a never give up attitudeyou view No as just a step toward a Yes.
