Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Associate at AIM. The role involves identifying potential sales opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. The Business Development Associate will also create and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders and clients, while effectively communicating AIM's solutions and strategies to help brands achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Prior internship or project experience in business development or sales is a plus
