Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end revenue generation by acquiring new customers and driving business growth for company. This is a target-driven role requiring ownership of closures and consistent contribution to revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets through direct sales and closures.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, and outreach.
Conduct product demonstrations and communicate clear business value.
Convert prospects into paying customers via meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Independently close deals while maintaining ethical sales practices.
Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in CRM.
Share daily activity and revenue reports.
Requirements
14 years of field sales experience with clear revenue generation responsibility.
Industry experience limited to SaaS, BFSI, or Fintech.
Undergraduates are considerable
Strong communication skills in English and a regional language.
Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools, Email, Excel/Google Sheets.
Valid driving license with own two/four-wheeler.
