About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Associate/Executive to join our growing team in Pune. This is a pure sales role-focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and business expansion within the K-12 education sector.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Associate role is for a fresher and Executive role is for the experienced candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking.
  • Target Achievement:Getting meetings will be the primary target in this role. Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly meeting targets. Incentives for this role will be primarily based on the number of meetings fixed.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, owners, and decision-makers.
  • Support Sales Conversion: Support the full sales cycle by sharing company offerings, follow ups, addressing client pain points, and helping sales team to convert qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Conduct Demonstrations:Conduct engaging product demos and presentations for school leaders.
  • CRM & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in any discipline. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Sales Acumen: Confident personality with strong persuasive, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Motivation: Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to work in a performance-based environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales is an added advantage. Experience in Ed-tech or selling to schools is highly preferred.

Salary

Annual CTC: 3,00,000 to 5,50,000 /year

This will include the performance component also which will be paid quarterly.
