Job Description

We're seeking a driven Business Development Executive to spearhead global outreach through expert research and cold calling, engaging decision-makers in event partnership opportunities. You'll hone consultative sales skills, build a robust premium-deal pipeline, and through high performance-unlock rapid career progression, expanding your responsibilities, strategic influence, and earning potential.

Office Location: Koregaon Park, Pune | 10 am-7 pm | Mon-Friday | Onsite (No remote work)

What You'll Do:

  • Drive sponsorship sales for high-profile global business events and conferences
  • Fearlessly conduct cold calls and proactively reach out to potential clients
  • Engage with industry leaders over calls and share events Value Proposition
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to unpack each prospect's long-term business objectives and target-market expansion plans.
  • Develop and nurture a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Maintain meticulous call notes, follow-up tasks and deal stages in CRM; deliver weekly pipeline and forecast reports.
  • Contribute to the success of game-changing global industry events

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of professional sales /business development experience. Prior event sponsorship experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of booking and converting senior-level calls into multi-figure commercial agreements.
  • Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and business development
  • Highly disciplined self-starter: thrives on hitting daily call and conversion targets.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening - able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Resilience and positive attitude towards cold calling
  • Ability to quickly learn about industry trends and company offerings
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
