We're looking for a Business Development Associate to open doors with the brands and agencies we want to work with, and to turn those conversations into meetings.

What You'll Work On:

• Identifying and approaching brands, agencies, and businesses across email, LinkedIn, Instagram & WhatsApp
• Running structured follow-ups until a lead reaches a clear decision
• Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the founder
• Positioning our services: AI video production, social media, branding, influencer marketing, OOH & events
• Maintaining a clean lead pipeline with status and next steps
• Preparing concise decks and proposals with the creative team
• Understanding what we can deliver so every pitch is accurate

What We're Looking For:

• 0-2 years in sales, business development, or marketing outreach
• Polished written and spoken English and Hindi
• Resilience in outreach and consistency in follow-up
• Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Initiative and sound judgement in a small, founder-led team

Good to Have:

• Agency sales or lead generation experience
• Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools
