Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Associate with proven experience in selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and prospecting to client meetings, negotiation, closing, and smooth onboarding.
This is a target-oriented, on-site role in Jaipur that requires strong communication skills, objection handling, and the ability to close deals confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound/inbound channels
- Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant digital marketing solutions
- Pitch services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta & Google Ads, Website Development, and Branding
- Handle client objections professionally and negotiate pricing to close deals
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead proposal follow-ups closure onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and expectation alignment
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing services (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong objection-handling and closing capabilities
- Experience in face-to-face client meetings and conversions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously
- Must be based in Jaipur and available for on-site work and client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Prior exposure to B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels
