About the role

Dezerv is advancing on a path of growth and is eagerly seeking outstanding wealth experts to become integral members of our team. We are committed to curating a team of professionals who possess profound expertise and enthusiasm for guiding India's affluent and ultra-wealthy individuals in investing within our PMS Structure, always with a steadfast focus on the client's best interests. As part of the Business Development Team, you'll drive the first step of our client acquisition journey - connecting with HNIs, building interest in our Portfolio review, PMS offerings, and ensuring seamless handovers to Relationship Managers for deeper engagement.

What you will work on:

  • Work on building prospective client base of HNI and UHNIs
  • Engage in daily outreach through calling to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Connect with prospective clients whose net worth would be more than 60L+ and pitch them about Dezerv and educate them on our offerings
  • Your primary responsibility will be to connect eligible clients with our team of expert Client Financial Partners through video or in-person meetings.
  • Ensure good conversions of database received to meetings done
  • Clear all doubts about our wealth products when asked by clients
  • Ensure high turn ups in meeting

What we're looking for

  • Understand Investments & wealth products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds etc.)
  • Sales experience in financial services like wealth firms, AMCs, VC, Angel Investing - good to have minimum 0-2 years work experience in sales
  • Must have good overall knowledge of the markets
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Persevering, enthusiastic, motivated & driven
  • Ability to perform in target-driven environment
  • Be mission-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
  • We are seeking candidates who can join immediately at our Bangalore office.
