Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential leads provided via performance marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant skincare products.
- Follow-up on cold and warm leads regularly to ensure high conversion.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers clearly.
- Maintain a daily call and conversion tracker using CRM or Excel.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve queries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics team for smooth customer experience.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven.
- Ability to understand skincare product features and explain them effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
