Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research to understand customer segments, and supporting outreach campaigns to drive learner and partner acquisition. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners, communicate Crio.Do's value proposition, and maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include updating CRM records, coordinating with internal teams on sales initiatives, and tracking performance metrics to improve business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Lead generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Market research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic productivity software, and data-driven decision-making.
- Interest in the edtech or technology learning space; prior experience in education or SaaS sales is an advantage.
