Roles Responsibilities
- Manage in-house sales operations and ensure smooth process execution.
- Handle end-to-end lead management, including regular follow-ups and conversion.
- Identify and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals across PAN India.
- Support business development initiatives by generating new leads and opportunities.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of leads, client interactions, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment services.
Eligibility Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales/business development will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
