Are you a target-driven, high-energy sales professional with excellent communication skills We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate fluent in Bengali to join our fast-growing team in Bengaluru!

• Role: Sales Associate
• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (In-office)
• Language Requirement: Fluent in Bengali & English
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior sales experience (EdTech experience is a plus)
• Education: Any Graduate

• Interact with prospective clients, pitch our products/offerings, and drive sales conversions.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident verbal communication.
• Manage customer leads using CRMs (e.g., LeadSquared).
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute directly to sales growth.

• Excellent command over Bengali and English (spoken & written).
• Driven, highly energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic office environment in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
• Flexibility with shifts and working on weekends with a dedicated weekday off.

Fixed Salary: 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 LPA + attractive monthly incentives
