We specialize in corporate travel management, meetings, conferences, corporate events, offsites, and incentive tours, delivering cost-effective, transparent, and end-to-end solutions to corporates across India.

The Business Development Associate (BDA) will support the sales team in generating new corporate business, managing client interactions, and assisting in closing deals across Corporate Travel and MICE/Event services. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in corporate sales and business development.

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Assist in pitching corporate travel, MICE, and event solutions to prospective clients
• Schedule meetings and coordinate sales presentations

• Communicate with corporate clients (HR, Admin, Travel Desk, Procurement)
• Understand client requirements and share them with the internal operations team
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into active clients

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for costing and feasibility
• Maintain sales data, CRM entries, and client records

• Conduct market and competitor research
• Track leads, conversions, and daily sales activity
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or corporate travel is an advantage
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Willingness to learn, target-driven attitude, and positive mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
