What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Support lead nurturing efforts and follow up on sales opportunities effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and servicing for smooth client onboarding.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication documents.
  • Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support business expansion initiatives.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Experience

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or insurance sales

Core Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
