Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on sales and marketing. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hold an MBA in Marketing, and have a deep understanding of the complete sales cycle. The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners is crucial for this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and industries.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and implement effective business development initiatives.
  5. Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
  6. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business strategies.
  8. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the organization and identify potential partnerships.
  9. Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the management team on business development activities.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to support business development efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Masters's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in business development, sales, or a related role.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  6. Confidence and professionalism in dealing with high-level executives and decision-makers.
  7. Experience in the concept selling and consultative sales is highly desirable.
  8. Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
  10. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  11. Availability for immediate joining.
