This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (Domestic) based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, delivering compelling presentations, and developing tailored business strategies. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver value to prospective clients while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Presentations and Presentation Delivery to communicate value effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• A proactive, goal-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
