Eligibility Criteria

BDA (Junior):

01 year experience (Freshers welcome)

Graduates (MBA preferred)

Strong communication skills

Senior BDA:

15 years sales experience

Experience in EdTech / Technical Training preferred

Target-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students about Robotics & Technology programs

Handle inbound & outbound leads

Drive enrollments through consultative selling

Achieve weekly & monthly targets

Maintain CRM records & follow-ups

Build long-term student relationships
