Role Overview

The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the capability to close high-value deals while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement

• Connect with working professionals who have expressed interest in our programs.
• Understand their career goals, professional background, and learning needs.

Consultative Career Discussions

• Conduct structured conversations to evaluate candidates experience and identify skill gaps.
• Recommend the most suitable program aligned with their career aspirations.

Objection Handling & Value Communication

• Address queries related to program fees, return on investment, and time commitment.
• Clearly communicate the long-term value and career benefits of the program.

Revenue Ownership

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently track daily performance metrics.

Relationship Building

• Build trust with prospective learners through meaningful conversations and personalized guidance.
• Focus on long-term credibility and value-driven interactions rather than pressure-based selling.

Ideal Candidate Profile
